This incredible sci-fi short ‘The Gift’ directed by Carl Erik Rinsch originally hit the web back in 2010. We’ve only just discovered this gem and despite it not exactly being current news we felt it should be shared! Carl Erik Rinsch skillfully merges ultra-realistic CG characters with live action elements in this atmospheric sci-fi film set in futuristic Russia. The science fiction short was part of a series of films commissioned by Phillips called Parallel Lines. Watch it now below!
