DC Comics: Anatomy of a Metahuman Book Review
DC Comics: Anatomy of a Metahuman is written by S.D. Perry and Matthew K. Manning and features the amazing illustrations of comic book artist, Ming Doyle. This fantastic new DC super hero title is from publisher, Insight Editions and is a gorgeous, 160 page, hard backed artbook. The book explores the powers of DC Comics’ greatest characters like never before, with beautiful anatomical cross sections and scientific drawings depicting twelve different characters from the DC Universe. The book is written from the perspective of Batman as he investigates in detail the incredible physiology and abilities of the so-called “metahumans” and the threat they may pose to the world. The characters include villains like Killer Croc, Bane and Brainiac and Batman’s own comrades, Superman, Aquaman and Cyborg. This is an awesome book and a ‘must have’ for all superhero and comic book art fans. DC Comics: Anatomy of a Metahuman from Insight Editions is available now from Amazon UK and Amazon.com.
