We rather liked the first Hobbit movie, a bit too long and slow in parts perhaps, but it certainly had it’s moments once it got going and of course it looked gorgeous. Judging by this first trailer for ‘The Hobbit Part 2 – The Desolation of Smaug‘ things are certainly hotting up, with lots more action, fantastic design and Peter Jackson weaving his visual magic. We’ve got to wait till December 13th for the UK release but I’m sure we’ll be getting plenty more tasters over the coming months. It’s all looking rather good so far, trailer and images below.
