Adverts and trailers for this movie will have you thinking this is your typical Horror staple of good looking young people going to a deserted cabin in the woods only to be killed off one by one by Rednecks and Zombies! – okay that’s partly true but this is where Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard (the writers) turn everything on its head!. The Cabin In The Woods is a fabulous black horror comedy, skillfully mixing Sci-Fi, Satire and Horror. The script as you’d expect is excellent and the ending is just bonkers (in a good way!) We loved The Cabin In The Woods.
