We’ve just watched Wrath Of The Titans, sequel to Clash Of The Titans directed by Battle Los Angeles director Jonathan Liebesman. Visually Wrath Of The Titans looks awesome with some really stunning special FX and production design. Unfortunately the film’s central character Perseus played again by Sam Worthington lacks the charisma to hold your attention and we found ourselves staring at Liam Neeson’s gigantic Zeus beard!
We love Sci-Fi blockbusters and certainly on a visual level Wrath Of The Titans delivers the goods, it just lacks a strong lead character and the story is just a bit too bonkers and all over the place. The film is saved from a 2 star review by some excellent set pieces and an end battle sequence against the God Kronos.
